A diamond in the rough, Amed is one of Bali’s best destinations. A peaceful stretch of coast, flanked by mountains on the one side and the ocean on the other, with beautiful, secluded bays, magnificent views and quiet villages, providing for a taste of paradise.
Only 2 hours away from the hustle and bustle from the South, you feel like you’ve entered another world. Referred to as the REAL Bali, life here is in balance with nature. See the fishermen leave at the break of dawn, to come back a couple of hours later with their catch of the day.

DIVING
Healthy coral reefs start at only meters from the shore. A huge variety of fish and sea creatures inhabit the reefs, providing for a constantly evolving underwater landscape. Also the world famous USS Liberty Wreck is less than half an hour away.
Bali Reef Divers is our inhouse PADI 5 Star dive center, offering daily dive trips and high quality PADI courses. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff have years of experience diving Amed and around. For PADI courses, we train our specially designed 3m deep hotel pool for training, a luxury very few divecenters around can offer!
THE SPA
Visit our Spa to complete a relaxing stay at Puri Wirata Dive Resort and nurture your Body, Spirit and Mind. Loose yourself in a treatment, with the sound of the ocean just a few meters away from you. Forget the world around you for a while and come out reborn.

DINING
Our sea side restaurant, managed by Chef Edi, serves a variety of Balinese, Indonesian and Western dishes with fresh ingredients only. Vegetables are delivered daily and locally grown. Therefore some fruits or vegetables are seasonal. We depend on the catch of the day of the local fishermen.
Try our exotic cocktails, while sunbathing at one of the pools, relaxing at the restaurant or enjoying a nice/breezy tropical night with family or friends.
